Referral program terms and conditions

Ziplines may update these referral program terms and conditions at any time. Your continued participation on the Ziplines Referral Program constitutes your acceptance of such new/updated terms and conditions.  

Both the referrer and referee must reside within the United States.  

The referrer must ensure that their social media sharing complies with applicable laws and regulations and must not make any false or misleading claims about Ziplines or its courses. The referrer is solely responsible for any actions or repercussions resulting from their social media sharing and agrees to indemnify and hold Ziplines harmless from any claims arising from such sharing.  

Ziplines shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for referral submissions that are illegible, lost, misdirected, improperly recorded or not received by us for any other reason.  

Ziplines shall have sole and absolute discretion to administer the Ziplines Referral Program, including substituting rewards of approximate equal value for those listed above.  

Ziplines may change, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Void where prohibited by law.
