How your subscription period works

Your subscription period begins on the date you enroll and continues until the day before your next scheduled charge. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Monthly plan

If you enroll on the 10th of the month, your subscription period runs from the 10th through the 9th of the following month. You will be charged again on the 10th of the next month.

Annual plan

If you enroll on March 1, your subscription period runs from March 1 through February 28 of the following year. You will be charged again on March 1 of the next year.

How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Here is how:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to your dashboard
  • Select “Subscription” from the menu
  • Click “Cancel subscription” and follow the on-screen prompts

Important: to avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your next scheduled charge date.

You will retain full access to your subscription through the end of your current paid period, even after canceling.

Refund policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. If you cancel before your next charge date, you will not be billed again and your access will continue through the end of your current paid period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.

No refunds for the current period

Canceling your subscription stops future charges. It does not generate a refund for the current billing period already paid.

Accidental or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error or did not intend to renew your subscription, please contact us immediately through your dashboard or at enrollment-services@ziplines.com. We review each situation individually and will work with you to resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
