Ziplines, Inc., located at 1180 San Carlos Ave, #930, San Carlos, CA 94070, is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter
Complete the Customer Survey during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one entry.
Limit one entry per person per month.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Alternative method of entry (AMOE): Mail a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email to 1180 San Carlos Ave, #930, San Carlos, CA 94070 with the words “Survey Sweepstakes Entry.” Postcard entries must be received by the last day of each month.
4. Sweepstakes Period
Begins on Jan 1, 2026 and ends on Mar 31, 2026.
One drawing will be held each month during the Sweepstakes Period.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per month will receive a prepaid gift card valued at $50.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.
Total ARV of all prizes: $150.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received each month.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the drawing.
Winners must respond within 5 days or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and survey responses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.
By entering, participants release Sponsor from any liability arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize.
10. Governing Law
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
11. Winners List
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Ziplines, Inc., 1180 San Carlos Ave, #930, San Carlos, CA 94070 within 60 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
